Today ah today....let me see woke up did a Company run this morning. 4 miles later not a typo (oh how I wish it was) We completed our run. Rest of the day was pretty chill I was out of work by noon.
Headed to the gym today to do Legs. I have a love/hate relationship on leg days. I know I need to work them and I work them hard, but I really hate the fact that a good portion of my body is in pain upon completing my leg workout. However I will say one good thing about this type of exercise, apparently it shows off my rear rather nicely, as a lady in the gym proceeded to tell me today. Ladies guys love flirting as well.

Breakfast: 2 Scoop of Whey protein, 4 Eggs, Cheese, and Ham, Fruit Bowl- Pears, and Canalope, and 2 Glasses of Orange Juice
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad (Fried Pickles, my cheat meal for the week, and no didn't get to eat them all :( )
Shake- Whey and Nutella
Dinner: 3 Grilled Chicken Snack Wraps from McD's
Shake- Casein
