MONNNNNNDAY!

Had a pretty productive day today. Got some stuff taken care of that I had been postponing. We ran 3 miles this morning at a 9 minute pace, did some pull ups and bar work, pushups and jumping jacks. Not to tough. Ate well, and had a great evening workout. Bahamas in a few days and couldn't be happier. Hoping to get some great shots on the beach, so stay tuned.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, ham and cheese scrambled, 4 pieces of watermellon, Trail Mix bowl, Cranberry and Water to drink.

Lunch 1: Subway Buffalo Chicken Salad with Ranch and Buffalo Sauce, Arnold Palmer to drink.

Lunch 2: Chicken and Bacon Ranch Wrap, Arnold Palmer to Drink

Shake- Whey

Shake- Whey

Dinner: 4 Ranch Grilled Chicken Wraps from McD's

Shake- Casein

Train insane, or remain the same.
